NCVC is excited to now offer TELEMEDICINE VISITS while we continue to follow social distancing guidelines! What does this mean you ask? While we will continue to offer curbside appointments, you now have the option to attend your pet's appointment virtually! With TELEMEDICINE, you can see and hear everything just as if you were in the room with your pet! You will have the ability to converse with the doctors and staff and be a part of the appointment. It's easy to use! We just need a current cell phone number or email and you need to have a smartphone or tablet to use this service. We will send you an "invite" allowing you to connect to our portal at the time of your appointment and that's it! You will be right there in the room with us.
